What a great week!
Last weekend we took care of 3 little girls while their parents went away for their "second honeymoon." Our friends, Ivan and Kristy, renewed their vows at the institute a couple weeks ago and went away for the weekend. This meant that my first dad day was with not one, but four kids in my care... whew! What a rush!
Becuase we had been taking care of the girls on fathers day, Dena took me out on Wednesday to dinner and a movie. This was our first date since before Micaiah and it was great!
We had dinner at the Inca Grill. A Peruvian place with a very nice filet mignion. The atmosphere made us long to get to our final destination.
Then we went to a movie theater like no other. Leather lazyboy recliners for seats, full waiter service, sushi service... you name it. It's different going to a movie place with furniture that's more comfortable then home.
Youth group is going great! This weekend I was able to minister to a teen who's parents recently seperated and are now trying to reconcile... sound farmiliar? My parents reconciled after 12 years of being apart... geee... I wonder if God brought me to this group for a reason?
Micaiah is doing great! Rolling over and sleeping through the night. He's even almost to the point where we can lay him down in his crib for a nap and he doesn't cry, just falls asleep.
Last week was spiritual emphasis week and if I had missed playing bass before, I'm good now. Last week I played bass for 8 services. Thanks Jeremy for the gift! It's being used, that's for sure!
Also, we got our webcam up and running so anyone tha wants to see our amazing little guy in realtime can either use skype and contact us with username: globalinnes or on msn with email: missions@globalinnes.com.
That's about it for now, gotta get ready for a two test day!

Check Ebay on the Bumbo chairs! Some of the sellers offer free shipping... even to Canada and South America :) Gabby loves her, I am sure that Kai would love it! :)
Thanks for the picture of Michaiah! The web is so good for keeping up with our global friends. :) Love and prayers.
